Versions Tab: How to Publish your Product Finder

In this article you will find information on how to publish your Product Finder on your site.

In the Versions Tab you can publish your Product Finder, as well as review any changes made. You can also unpublish your Finder, or publish changes with a new version.

How to Publish a Product Finder

Once you’ve finalized all the steps necessary to create a successful Product Finder, you will be ready to launch it on your website. To do so, follow these steps:

• Navigate to the Versions tab.

• Click on the three-dot menu of the latest version of your Product Finder. If this is the first time you are publishing the Finder, only one version will be available.

• Click on Publish, as shown in the screenshot below.

You can also preview your Product Finder before publishing, by clicking on the Preview in app button.

To see how your Finder looks on your website, click on the dropdown menu next to the Preview in app button, then select Preview on webpage.

How to Create a New Version

After your Product Finder has been published, you will be able to continue working on it, without affecting how it looks on your website. This is achieved by the app's Versioning mechanism.

If you make any changes to your Product Finder after you publish it, a new version of it will be created. It will appear in the Versions tab, as shown in the screenshot below.

Once you're satisfied with the changes you've made, you can publish the new version of your Product Finder by following the steps detailed above.

The latest version of your Product Finder will be in Draft status.

How to Revert to an Older Version

In the Versions tab, you can also publish an older version of the Finder, if you want to revert to it. You can do so by following these steps:

• Click on the three-dot menu next to the version you want to revert to.

• Click on Publish, as shown in the screenshot below.

How to Unpublish a Product Finder

You can also unpublish a Product Finder entirely, by following the same steps.

• Click on the three-dot menu of the currently published version of the Product Finder.

• Click on Unpublish, as shown in the screenshot below.

How to Preview Older Versions

You can view the currently published, or older versions of the Finder within the app, by following these steps:

• Click on the three-dot menu of the Published/older version you want to preview.

• Click on View version, as shown in the screenshot below.

Note that once you take these steps, you will be directed to a view-only version of the Crobox app. In order to be able to edit the latest version of the Product Finder, click on the Return to latest version button.
