How do I track the performance of my campaigns?

To track your campaign performance:
Go to “Experiences” → “Campaign Performance” in your Crobox account
Select the campaign you would like to analyze
This will redirect you to the respective campaign performance screen
*To see performance on a product level, see your Product Profile.
Campaign Performance: Shows the impact of the campaign on the specified KPI associated with the campaign.
Select “Show control data” on the top right corner to see the details of how your campaign performs compared to the control group.
Message Group Performance: Shows how the message groups in your campaign perform. Message groups are defined based on Behavioral Principles (Authority, Scarcity, Social Proof) or predefined groups (sustainability, durability, etc.).
Message Performance: Provides an overview of how each message performs.
Trials: The number of times a Crobox Campaign is made visible to your website visitors.
Successes: The number of times a person has clicked on a product with a Campaign. This metric is dependent on your KPI. For example, if someone clicks on a product with a badge on the Product Listing Page, this will be counted as a success for CTR (click-through rate).
Sessions: This is the amount of times a visitor has been exposed to the campaign.“KPI”
Impact: Shows the impact of Crobox Campaigns on driving individuals to complete a KPI-based action (e.g., add-to-cart, click-through rate). The first percentage shows the KPI conversion in the control group, the second is the KPI conversion for the individuals exposed to a Crobox Campaign.
Relative Impact: Relative impact is a comparison against other sets of data. This means that the difference between 1.99 and 2.28 is an uplift of 14.49%.
Data confidence: This is about the experiments’ statistical significance (i.e., p-value) and power. In other words, how trustworthy these insights are based on the data we’ve collected (Data Significance).

1. Radar Chart
The radar chart shows multivariate data represented on several axes around a wheel. This chart is a great way to visualize which message works best in comparison to the other messages. It also will clearly show the negative impact of your messages.
Reading the Radar Chart
As each data point is plotted along the axis, the connection between them makes a shape. First, identify which message group is represented on which axis. Then compare message groups as you go around the shape. The further towards the outside of the wheel, the higher the relative impact score of the message group. Remember that the center point doesn’t always reflect zero. It is the closest to zero but is scalable dependent on the other values.
*If you have translations of your messages, you can also filter on Languages. It can also allow you to spot differences of impact on a Country and Device level.
2. Line Graph
The Line Graph shows the performance of your messages across time. Select the “Chart Series” on the top left corner of the graph to view various metrics over time. Adjust the “Chart Interval” to switch the view between day, week, or monthly intervals.
Reading the Line Graph
Line Graphs lets you monitor the performance of specific KPIs over time, drawing attention to activity spikes, decreases, or continuity. Use this to understand how behavior may adapt over time.
3. Histogram
The Histogram shows how valid an experiment is by comparing the Crobox vs. Control group. For more about how this works, see how we measure Data Confidence. The Histogram proves if a campaign on a whole has worked.
